Osteoporosis is a bone disease that occurs when the body loses too much bone, makes too little bone, or both. As a result, bones become weak and may break from a fall or, in serious cases, from sneezing or minor bumps. We test Vitamin D levels, Alkaline Phosphatase levels which is an essential marker for the diagnosis of vitamin D deficiency and Crosslaps testing which measures the level of Beta-CTx in your blood as a marker for bone health. Results in 3 working days. PLEASE NOTICE: You are required to fast 10 hours before your scheduled appointment. You may drink water as normal.
