To download the Health Passport Worldwide open the Apple App Store, Google Play store or Huawei AppGallery and search for “Health Passport Worldwide” and download.
When the app has downloaded to your device, open the app by tapping the Health Passport Worldwide icon on your device’s home screen.
If the app asks for permission to offer notifications, tap “allow”.
Note: If your device has notifications turned off, you can view any recent notifications by tapping the bell icon near the top right corner of the Health Passport Worldwide app.
Set Up Your Account by tapping the “Setup Your Account” button and following the on-screen instructions:
Fill in your email address and tap "Continue"
Fill in your personal details including your Name as it appears on your passport / travel ID, Date of Birth and Mobile Phone number.
If you are having a COVID-19 test, you will need to enter your contact address and passport number for travel.
Create a Password:
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number, one upper case and one lower case letter.
A screen will ask you to confirm the information you have just submitted. Double check to see if they are correct and tap "Register".
A 6 digit code will be sent as a text message to the mobile number you have provided. Input this unique code and tap “Log In”.
In the case you have entered an incorrect phone number and you have never passed this 2FA stage before, you will be able to edit your number by tapping “Edit Phone Number”.
Read over the user consent form, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap agree.
Note: You will need to scroll to the bottom of this page to use the “agree” button.
Upload a recent close-up photo of yourself, that clearly shows your face, by tapping “Upload”.
You may be asked to allow access to your device’s camera and photo gallery.
Select “take a photo” with your device’s camera or choose an existing photo from your device’s photo gallery.
Make sure the photo is well lit, clear, with your eyes open and with no face mask.
This photo must be a clear photo of your face with no other faces visible.
Once you have uploaded your profile photo, ensure you are satisfied with it and tap “Save"
ADD YOUR ADDRESS AND PASSPORT NUMBER
You can also add additional information to your
Health Passport Worldwide app by following these simple steps:
Tap the Menu icon; the 3 lines in the top right corner of the app.
Navigate to Personal Details.
Here you can edit your CONTACT ADDRESS, EMAIL, MOBILE NUMBER and PASSPORT NUMBER.
Note for Parents and Guardians
Users of Health Passport Worldwide must be aged 16 and over. However, parents and guardians can add Dependants to their Health Passport Worldwide application.
To add a Dependant, log in to your Health Passport Worldwide app and navigate to the Menu icon; the 3 lines in the top right corner of the application.
Navigate to Account Settings then continue to Your Dependants.
Tap Add Dependant and fill in your dependant's information including First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Country of Residence.
Once your dependant has been added, tap Switch to this account.
You can read over Health Passport Worldwide's terms of consent and add a profile picture.
You can then switch between your own account and your Dependants by navigating to the Menu icon in the top right corner of the app and tapping Account Settings. Continue to Your Dependants. Here you are able to view your dependant's COVID-19 test history and vaccination status.
