Immune related infertility tests. This test looks for antibodies in blood that can damage or kill sperm resulting in reduced motility or interfering with egg fertilisation. A woman can have an allergic reaction to her partner's semen and make sperm antibodies. Blood samples are are taken and examined to see if the woman’s immune system is attacking embryos and causing miscarriages. NOTICE: You are required to fast 10 hours before your scheduled appointment. You may drink water as normal. Results in 10 business days.
